Before-and-after project case studies

A useful renovation story should show the starting condition, the decisions made, the work completed and the final result—not just a polished photograph.

This page is the home for verified Pierre Family Renovations project stories. New case studies will be added when photographs and project details are approved for publication. We do not publish invented results, confidential addresses or unsupported performance claims.

What each case study will include

How to evaluate a before-and-after

Look beyond color and staging. Ask whether damaged or inconsistent finishes were addressed, whether surfaces suit the property’s intended use, and whether the published scope clearly separates cosmetic work from regulated trades. A credible case study should not imply that every project has the same schedule, cost or outcome.

Case-study framework for property owners

  1. Define the outcome. Rental-ready, resale-ready or improved for personal use.
  2. Record the baseline. Photograph walls, floors, cabinets, trim, doors and visible defects.
  3. Approve the scope. List included work, owner responsibilities and exclusions.
  4. Track changes. Document approved additions or discoveries.
  5. Capture completion. Re-create the original photo angles after the final punch list.
Have a property that needs its own transformation? Send clear photos and your target outcome so we can discuss an appropriate scope.
